Dr. Jisha Rajendran

Jisha serves as the Director of Research and Analysis at Adroit Associates, spearheading the Programs and Services team’s research projects. Awarded the ICSSR’s Centrally Administered Doctoral Fellowship from 2018 – 2020, she has deep expertise in cultural economics and sustainable livelihood. This knowledge illuminates the challenges inherent in primary research in these domains. Jisha’s doctoral work was a testament to this dedication. She has published in SCOPUS and WoS-indexed journals, mainly on sustainable livelihood topics, refining her research abilities. Prior to joining Adroit Associates, Jisha worked as a Senior Manager of Strategy and Training at Ed-Tech, which equipped her to execute innovation and growth strategies in the company using gap analysis and subsequent internal capacity building. In addition, in her spare time, Jisha loves to travel, read, play basketball, and is a theater enthusiast.
