Eshet Emiru Nigussie holds a BSc in Animal Science and an MSc in Animal Genetics and Breeding, complemented by specialized short-term courses in Kaizen, Entrepreneurship, Business Development Services, Agricultural Production Competency Exam Assessing, Induction for Higher Education, and Higher Diploma Program in Ethiopia. Additionally, he has completed a course on Making Research Work in the Netherlands.

With over ten years of diverse experience in agricultural expertise, industry extension, technology transfer, teaching, and research, Eshet has demonstrated leadership in various capacities, including coordinating teams and managing both regular and part-time community activities. Currently, he is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Gondar’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences in Ethiopia.

Eshet is deeply engaged in community service, focusing on initiatives aimed at enhancing food security and addressing childhood stunting within local communities. He also supervises and consults for various livestock farms at the university and in the community.
