Profile
Mr. Dey is a development professional with more than two decades of experience in the fields of teaching, designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research, designing and setting up M&E systems, project management, business development, networking and advocacy, grant management, stakeholder training, and capacity building. He is a Chevening Scholar, a Sussex India Scholar, and a Professional Fellow of the US Department of State. He is an alumnus of the University of Sussex and the Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS).
