Roles and Responsibilities

SMEs may be engaged to support assignments, including but not limited to the following:

• Provide technical expertise aligned with assignment objectives and deliverables
• Support project planning, design, implementation, and quality assurance processes
• Conduct assessments, research, and analysis, as required by the assignment scope
• Develop high-quality tools, reports, and knowledge products in line with agreed standards
• Ensure data integrity, ethical compliance, and adherence to professional and organizational requirements
• Present key findings and actionable recommendations to clients and internal project teams
