Alamzeb Zarghoon

Alamzeb Zarghoon is the President and Founder of Adroit Associates. Along with the other partners, he believes in genuinely caring about driving measurable results for clients and creating a rewarding and stimulating environment for professionals. He is responsible for managing the company, formulating long-term strategies, and driving growth.

Mr Zarghoon is recognized in the industry as a strategist who brings innovative ideas as a leader and an expert in transformational strategy development. He worked in many companies in leadership roles, leading their Financial Planning, Analysis, Audit, Assurance, Risk and Operation Management.

Alamzeb holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. He earned his executive master’s degree in strategic management; he is a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst too (FMVA®). He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Norwich University in the United States.

Alamzeb has extensive experience managing multi-phase initiatives. These include strategy, program management, business intelligence, compliance, validation, quality systems, organizational design, training, and change management. He has over 17 years of experience working in the Afghanistan region.
