Why our work matters?

In our world today, conflict and fragility adversely affect over 2 billion people globally. Underdeveloped, fragile, and conflict-affected countries present some of the most difficult challenges for development, as they face complex social, economic, and political barriers to progress. However, people living in these conditions — often disproportionately affected by violence, conflict, and poverty — are among the most in need of assistance and support. 

Our approach emphasizes localization and locally led development, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the specific needs of communities, empowering local actors to take charge of their own development pathways.

Results-Based Monitoring

Through our Research and Analysis, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Institutional Strengthening, and Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) services, we help our clients identify and address complex developmental issues.

Our conflict-sensitive monitoring and evaluation framework ensures that interventions are not only effective but also mindful of the complex social dynamics in fragile settings, minimizing unintended negative impacts.

By working with local stakeholders to strengthen institutions, improve governance, and promote inclusive economic growth, we aim to co-create innovative solutions that drive resilience and prosperity in these contexts. This commitment to localization and locally led development ensures that local knowledge and capacities are central to every solution we implement, fostering long-term sustainability.
