Mr. Saraj holds a DVM from Kabul University and has completed training in Project Management, Sustainable Livelihood, Rural Development, and Humanitarian Response. He brings over 16 years of experience in Development and Humanitarian roles, including leadership positions with international organizations in and beyond Afghanistan. His work involves extensive research and impact assessments, notably collaborating with Bern University on the socioeconomic effects of Natural Resources Management in northern Afghanistan. His practical experience encompasses agricultural and livestock initiatives, community engagement, conflict resolution, and regulatory affairs, with additional competencies in gender issues and capacity development in natural resources and livestock sectors.
