The assessment verified the delivery, quality, and effectiveness of transitional shelter, rehabilitation, and cash assistance provided to IDPs, returnees, and shock-affected households through household surveys, FGDs, field observations, and shelter verification. The study assessed beneficiary satisfaction, accountability, targeting, and project outcomes, providing evidence-based recommendations to strengthen future humanitarian shelter interventions.
